We have Automatic Test Equipment based on the Marconi 80 series. Those of you familiar with these know they offer analogue and digital test capability via a dedicated bed of nails.

Our systems have universal test points; all measurements are via pogo pins.

We can offer full turnkey packages or in house testing on either low or high volume.

Board Unit Repairs

Repairs are carried out either manually or using our A.T.E.’s once these are programmed they can test the board very efficiently.

With our technology we can offer contracts on either low or high volume test.

We can also learn your boards so if you have been charged high prices then let us take an analogue / digital signature, say during your shut down period and if the board then fails we have a test procedure ready.

No information on your circuit boards? Don't worry we have the technology to reverse engineer them (permission must be obtained from the original Manufacture).
