OUR WARRANTY

Soumac are committed to providing quality products.

We want our customers to feel confident that when we build their assemblies, they perform as intended. So to demonstrate our commitment to quality, we warrant all of our assemblies against defects in workmanship, under normal use, for a period of two years from the date of shipment.

If a defect does arise and the assembly is returned within the warranty period, we will rework the assembly, at our discretion, at no charge.

​

Unfortunately any modifications made to the assembly after you receive it will nullify this warranty.

​

We do our upmost to ensure part authenticity by only purchasing components from authorised distributors or OEMs, however, our warranty does not extend to components or bare boards. For component warranty please refer to the Original Equipment Manufacturers T&Cs.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage or lack of functionality caused by defective design, components or PCBs provided by you.
