We are delighted to announce that we have recently purchased the PDR IR-E3 Evolution BGA rework machine. Using PDR’s patented technology, the machine has been specifically designed to be ultra accurate and provide a high level of performance when reworking PCB assemblies.
The system is tool free, gas free, modular, and upgradeable.
It provides extremely high levels of profiling and process control necessary for effective rework of even the most advanced packages, including BGAs, CSPs, QFNs and Flipchips.
